Assembly Hall

The Assembly Hall is Cedar Lakes’ largest and most versatile meeting space, designed to accommodate a wide range of events with both style and functionality. Spanning almost 6,000 square feet and hosting up to 600 guests, it’s the perfect venue for conferences, banquets, performances, weddings, reunions, and other large-scale gatherings. Attached to the main hall are two classrooms, each capable of seating 45 to 80 guests depending on the layout, providing additional breakout or workshop space as needed. With its modern design and spacious layout, the Assembly Hall offers a professional yet welcoming environment that can be tailored to suit nearly any occasion.

What truly sets the Assembly Hall apart is its built-in flexibility and thoughtful amenities. A central divider allows the room to be split into two separate spaces, accommodating simultaneous events or different setups within one gathering. The hall is fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including surround sound, a projector screen, large monitors, wireless microphones, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity—ensuring a seamless experience for both presenters and attendees. In 2024, a convenient kitchenette was added to support catering and hospitality needs, further expanding the possibilities for this dynamic space.
